Dwayne Fletcher is the owner and executive director at Gunz Down GloveZ Up. He is a leading entrepreneur and a 10-year personal trainer. Dwayne runs a project that seeks to create awareness about gun violence in the street. He aims to change the youth's mindset by training them on positive ways of handling their anger. 

Dwayne seeks to end gun violence in Philadelphia and other cities across the globe. Currently, he partners with celebrities to organize street fighting and boxing events. Also, he offers free classes where he equips youth and women with critical thinking, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and self-defense training.
