A lot of us when we lose someone we don't know how to deal with the feeling of loss and grief and most times we sink into a deep hole and we don't know how to pick ourselves up and move on from that dark phase in our lives. I hope my story helps you see that there is a light at the end of the tunnel and that it's completely okay not to be okay. We all grieve differently but we should not stay down because there is life after grief.
