Debra Pascali-Bonaro: Hello, what do you know about Tantra?
0:53
Have you considered Tantra as a preparation for an ecstatic and
0:57
orgasmic birth? How Tantra can help to cultivate inner ecstasy
1:03
before conception and birth? Hi, I'm Debra Pascali-Bonaro, host
1:08
of the Orgasmic Birth Podcast. I am here today with someone that
1:14
I have to tell you, I am so honored to talk with you and
1:19
learn. My guest today is Ma Ananda Sarita. She is a world
1:26
renowned Tantra Master and Mystic, offering courses,
1:31
retreats and trainings throughout the world. Having
1:34
lived in OSHA's physical presence for 16 years, and 26
1:39
years in his community. She received direct transmission
1:44
from him on meditation and Tantra. She is true to the
1:48
spiritual essence of tantra and guide her students on the path
1:53
of Self Realisation. At the same time, she helps people and her
1:58
students transcend the psychological issues that we are
2:03
carried as a result, both of cultural conditioning and past
2:08
experiences. She is a Master Healer, Author of two books, and
2:13
a producer, director of tantra online courses, and Tantra
2:18
meditation, music and downloads. And stay tuned at the very end
2:23
because she's offering so many great opportunities to learn
2:28
more. But for now, welcome. It is truly an honor. For those
2:35
that are watching, we're meeting in Bali this morning. For the
2:39
very first time when I arrived on the island and saw that she
2:43
was here, I immediately reached out and thought, what a gift to
2:48
be able to be in your presence and to really hear your own
2:52
words about your work, and also your wisdom for all those that
2:57
might be preparing for conception, or for you tell me a
3:03
little bit about your journey, and what Tantra is?
3:10
Ma Ananda Sarita: I'd like to extend a very my high regards to
3:15
any woman who has given birth, or is considering to get
3:22
pregnant and give birth. Because I feel very passionately about
3:26
this subject that orgasmic birth is a real possibility for women
3:31
throughout the world. And it does tie in with Tantra, and
3:36
also with ayurveda. I'm also very passionate about ayurveda
3:42
as well as tantra and meditation. And I think all of
3:46
this links together. I believe that in the past, tantra,
3:52
ayurveda and yoga were all sides of the same tree of life. And as
3:58
human beings, we need to reclaim this as a way a coherent and
4:02
sane way forward for our societies and our cultures
4:07
throughout the world. Now, it might be interesting to know
4:11
that in contrast that our method methodologies for conscious
4:15
conception, conscious pregnancy and birth, in ayurveda, they
4:21
have an entire protocol for mothers who are pregnant. They
4:26
also have a protocol. So the optimal way to conceive, and I
4:31
think we'll go into that in more detail in a little while. But
4:35
this is just a nutshell and then about tantra in particular. It
4:39
is a spiritual path to enlightenment. It's using
4:45
everything that the human being, whatever we are, whether that is
4:51
our senses, our emotions, the chakra system, kundalini energy
4:57
expanded states of intelligence and consciousness. Tantra will
5:02
work with all of these different aspects and apply message of
5:07
meditation to any of these aspects of life. And of course,
5:13
that includes our sexuality, that also includes pregnancy,
5:18
birth, or whatever it is we are going through as human beings.
5:23
And in a nutshell, tantra is a weaving together of love. And
5:31
meditation and witnessing is more of a masculine approach to
5:36
spirituality. While love and devotion is very naturally a
5:41
feminine approach to spirituality. When we weave
5:45
these two approaches together, then we have contrast, so this
5:51
is what tantra is in a nutshell. And it utilises methods of
5:56
meditation with a very loving, devotional, sacred ambience. And
6:03
these methods are applied to every life experience. There is
6:08
a scripture from the world of tantra, which is called the
6:11
Vigyan Bhairav of Tantra. I just like to say a little bit about
6:16
it, because it's actually very romantic. It's the most romantic
6:21
scripture, I think, that exists on the earth because it is
6:25
delivered as a dialogue between Lloyd Shiva and his beloved. The
6:33
scene is (inaudible), and she was loved. She's asking
6:38
questions about life, love, spirituality, and he is giving
6:43
answers. And each one of his answers is one method of
6:48
meditation. And these are delivered in sutra form. A sutra
6:54
is a very short, condensed spiritual teaching. So whatever
6:59
she's asking, instead of giving her a philosophical answer, he
7:03
is giving her a message. By practising the method, her own
7:09
innate intelligence will start bubbling up. And she will find
7:14
herself gradually expanding in her awareness and receiving the
7:20
anchor through her own lived experience. So this indicates to
7:25
us that sutra is based on experience, and also on
7:30
awakening our own innate intelligence. And this is done
7:36
through utilising methods, because the method will give you
7:40
the opportunity to live this experience. Now, I'll just say
7:45
one of the sutra's which I think is very relevant for mothers
7:50
which is, as a hen mother her chick, mother particular
7:58
knowings, particular doing. So this quality of mothering, other
8:06
hens, mothers are chicks. Now, just imagine all these chicks,
8:09
they run all over. So she has to be in a very aware state of
8:15
multitasking because she's mothering all these chicks that
8:19
are running. And we all know that women are very, very
8:23
interested in multitasking. And we're given that gift by nature
8:28
because we have to mother children, and children are also
8:32
running all around. They get into mischief, and you have to
8:34
be very aware. So this sutra is basically telling us that
8:39
motherhood in itself can be a path of meditation, and that we
8:45
can apply this quality of mothering to anything that we do
8:49
to optimise it to bring it out. Now, there's another sutra that
8:54
I really love, and this is a sutra that I heard from my
8:58
master Osho. When I first met him, it was the very first
9:01
meeting. When I met him, I was 17 years old. I had hitchhiked
9:08
to North America. I left my home when I was 15, which is also
9:13
North America. Then I took one flight to UK and then I
9:17
hitchhiked all through Europe overland through the Middle
9:20
East, to India. By the time I reached India, I was 17. And the
9:26
first thing that happened to me was that I found myself in Bodh
9:31
Gaya, which is the place where Buddha got enlightened, and I
9:34
learned the partner meditation. I did a 10 day silent retreat,
9:39
and this was my introduction into meditation. And then I was
9:44
travelling to Mumbai to do a month long retreat that was
9:49
going on. I think many people have heard of growing conflict
9:52
so it was with going directly the night before that Muslim
9:57
retreat, I met Osho. This was through an acquaintance that I
10:02
met in a backpacker hotel. And he just said, I'm going to meet
10:05
a very interesting man tonight, maybe you would like to come. So
10:09
I said, okay. I was always up for some adventure. So I went
10:13
there, and there was about 30 people dressed in orange, they
10:17
were sitting in meditation. This man has not explained to me
10:22
anything about Osho. At that time, he was known as level one.
10:26
So I was just sitting in meditation and then Osho loaded
10:31
into the room, it looked like that, because his mood was so
10:35
grateful. He sat in an easy chair, and he started giving
10:39
discourse on the Vigyan Bhairav of Sutra. The sutra he was
10:44
commenting on that evening was as follows, while engaged in
10:52
sexual union, stay attentive on the fire in the beginning. And
10:59
so continuing, avoid the embers in the end. So he gave a
11:05
magnificent discourse, an hour and a half discourse on the
11:09
sutra commenting on sexuality according to sutra. Bringing
11:15
awareness to the sexual art and helping us to achieve long
11:20
lasting sexual union, which is so steaming on many, many
11:25
levels. Now, this is relevant to our conversation. Because when
11:30
we are engaged in very conscious sexual union, that leads us to
11:36
conscious conception. There is a very ancient tradition in both
11:41
Tantra and Ayurveda. You do ritual meditation, you call in
11:48
the type of soul that you would like to incarnate in to you. So
11:54
they have special rituals for that special mindset. Because
11:59
according to your particular quality of mind, your approach,
12:04
you will call in that kind of soul. And also in ayurveda, they
12:10
do quite an amazing preparation that couple would go through
12:15
what is called ayurveda contract cardamom. And this is cleansing
12:19
you on multiple levels. So it cleanses both the female and the
12:25
male, and then ayurveda strologer would determine the
12:29
best day and time for conception after the cardamom. What it does
12:37
is it optimizes the quality of both the sperm and the egg.
12:42
During the punch of cardamom, a couple is not allowed to have
12:45
sex, they just go through a lot of records on all levels, body,
12:50
mind, soul. Then after that, the ayurveda astrologer says the
12:55
best day and time to conceive. So you wait for that day and
12:59
time, which is going to ensure that the sperm and the egg are
13:03
optimum potency. And you do special ritual to call in a
13:09
conscious conception. So this is something beautiful. This has
13:14
been lost in our culture. People are absolutely unaware of this.
13:20
In America, 50% of babies are not even planned so there's a
13:25
difference between planning. Conscious conception takes it to
13:29
a whole nother level. And if you combine that with tantric
13:34
meditation, so you bring in this meditative sacred quality into
13:39
that sexual union, of course, you are optimising your
13:43
potential immensely. Now, even women who are having trouble to
13:47
conceive many times, they will be helped by doing a punch of
13:51
cardamom, and then going into the conception. Because as I
13:55
said before, it's optimising the egg and the sperm, both. It's
13:59
not sufficient if only the woman goes because it takes two to
14:06
tango. Obviously, we have the sperm and the egg, and they need
14:12
to be of a high calibre. So the health, both the male and the
14:17
female is very, very important. Because then, we will have a
14:20
stronger child. And that also has implications for generations
14:27
into the future. We need to optimise our own health because
14:30
that ensures that the generations into the future.
14:35
It's also optimised. Of course, that's a concern. We should
14:39
always think of those generations into the future. And
14:43
also, just on another subject during the pregnancy, in
14:48
ayurveda, they take care of the mother in very specific ways. So
14:52
through very specific ways of eating, through special kinds of
14:57
massages as well. And that includes at some point some
15:02
special kind of internal massage. At different times in
15:05
the pregnancy, different protocols are followed. And that
15:10
ensures a very easy birth process. Now after the birth,
15:15
they don't stop with the birth. After the birth, they have a
15:18
special protocols where mothers are really nurtured and taken
15:22
care of for at least three months. They are given very
15:26
regular and special kind of massage, even special foods,
15:30
special care. Different kinds of mantras are chanted, and both
15:35
baby and mother are cared for in this way. And it's a time of
15:39
deep bonding between the mother and the child. And this is
15:44
thought to be absolute importance for the good
15:47
development of the child. So this is a really interesting
15:52
process, which I think is so important, and I wish that could
15:56
be adopted in the western world as well.
16:00
Debra Pascali-Bonaro: Yes, I couldn't agree more. Is this
16:03
still carried on very commonly in India?
16:06
Ma Ananda Sarita: Anywhere where there is a strong presence of
16:12
ayurveda, this would still be follows. And I happened to be
16:21
present in my diabetic doctor. The doctor was giving birth, I
16:30
wasn't at the actual birth, but I was there as the process was
16:39
going on. So the doctor explained all these things to me
16:46
Debra Pascali-Bonaro: Who does the internal massage?
16:47
and I was so deeply touched. I actually wrote a newsletter
16:55
about it. This just spread the good news to people. This is an
17:04
option which can be followed. Now, I had the good fortune to
17:13
meet another woman who is very prominent in the natural healing
17:22
process. Her name is Dr. Gowri Motha. She lives in England. She
17:32
originated from Sri Lanka, so she developed what is called The
17:41
Gentle Birth Method. And she wrote a book called The Gentle
17:49
Birth Method, and another book called Gentle First Year. Her
17:58
story is very interesting because she was raised in Sri
18:06
Lanka, she became a doctor surgeon, and then she was going
18:15
to the UK to continue being a doctor. And she was specialising
18:24
in birth. Now, what she found out was in Sri Lanka, for native
18:33
land, women might be working in the fields. It was time for
18:42
birth, they would just squat down, give birth, put the baby
18:50
on the back and go on working. So in essence, they were having
18:59
basically a smooth, easy, almost painless birth. Then she went to
19:09
UK, and she found that birth is being treated almost like a
19:18
disease. People were in a phobia, terrified of the pain,
19:26
needing so much intervention. She said, something is not
19:34
right. Because why in my native land, it's so easy. And why is
19:43
it so difficult here? So she wanted to make a difference for
19:52
women. She went about establishing her natural birth
19:57
Ma Ananda Sarita: In book told exactly how to do the massage,
19:59
process, which hold a gentle birth method. Now in her book,
20:00
and then her partner can do it. Or if she doesn't have a
20:04
partner, she can find a trusted friend to offer these massages.
20:08
she outlines everything the woman needs to do throughout her
20:10
So this is a very important site. And then in addition to
20:15
that, she's also giving exactly what supplements to take, what
20:17
pregnancy in order to lead to a painless birth. I've had friends
20:20
kinds of foods to eat, what kind of exercises, like yoga style of
20:25
exercises to do. And she has a special self hypnosis process to
20:26
who follow the book, and they didn't even meet Dr. Gowri. They
20:33
de-hypnotise a woman from believing that birth is painful.
20:35
read the book, follow the protocol and were able to
20:36
And this is very important. Because apparently, if we are
20:41
believing or thinking about things, the pleasure aspect of
20:43
achieve the painless birth. So one of the protocols she
20:47
our body will shut down, and we will not produce leisure
20:51
hormones. If we are focusing on leisure, the pain producing
20:51
outlines is to stop eating gluten during the pregnancy. The
20:57
possibilities in our body will become much less. So with this
21:00
reason is, because gluten creates walling in the whole
21:01
self hypnosis process which the woman does throughout her
21:04
pregnancy, she trains herself to believe in leisure, and that
21:08
body, even the brain tissues, or the soft tissues, and that
21:10
will fuel the leisure potential of the body. And I think this is
21:16
includes the yoni. I'm calling the female genital YONI, this is
21:17
a really compassionate thing that we've done to give this
21:21
possibility for women. Because in essence, women have been
21:25
hypnotised to believe that it's painful. It's really a hypnosis.
21:25
a Sanskrit word which means sacred place. So I prefer it to
21:32
So we need to de-condition ourselves from that, and reclaim
21:34
the terms that are used in our English language or in many
21:36
more of a natural approach where we really trust and believe in
21:40
our bodies. And it's very obvious that the clitoris and
21:43
other languages. The terms is not really honoring, so this is
21:45
equatorial network have 8000 nerve endings devoted to
21:50
pleasure. So if we tap into that pictorial network as we are
21:52
why I use the term yoni. So the tissue of the yoni also swells
21:56
going towards birth, and during birth, this will be supporting
22:00
very much to have an orgasm. But I think this is really important
22:01
up. And she says, this is why many times women need
22:05
to understand about this situation, this possibility and
22:08
interventions because there's no space for the baby to come
22:10
potential. And then also going about it in her second book,
22:14
Gentle First Year, she's emphasising how important it is
22:17
through, because the tissue is too small. So if a woman does
22:18
for mother and child bonding after the birth. That this is of
22:22
supreme importance for the future well being of the
22:26
not eat gluten during pregnancy, the yoni will be much easier,
22:26
incoming child. Debra Pascali-Bonaro: I just have to say, I love how you
22:31
talked about that we've been, as a culture, women around the
22:35
more open the birthing process. And then it's highly possible
22:35
world hypnotised into pain, and I couldn't agree with you more.
22:40
I'm really interested in how we can open up and go deeper into
22:44
that she can give natural birth not needing to be touched,
22:46
pleasure. Many of our people listening would like that
22:49
pleasurable orgasmic birth, but are struggling. I know that
22:52
etcetera. So this coupled with massage. Internal massage at
22:55
you're giving them lots of tips, but what other ways could they
22:59
access Tantra? What other ways do you see that they can
23:01
certain times during the pregnancy is very important.
23:03
decondition from the pain and be more connected to love and
23:08
Ma Ananda Sarita: This is very, very important. Just before I go
23:08
pleasure? into that subject, I wanted to talk about a film, which I think
23:16
maybe many of our watchers or listeners have already seen.
23:21
It's called, Birth As We Know It. This is a supreme film. If
23:25
you haven't watched it, just go there and watch it. Because this
23:30
is also about giving birth in water, and about trusting our
23:36
body and how it is of a natural birth. And they show so many
23:41
births. So just watching that, there is already a strong
23:45
deconditioning just to watch the film. And she's also emphasising
23:50
emotional rigidity practices as a very important aspect of
23:55
leading up to a positive and even orgasmic birthing process.
24:01
Because we shouldn't underestimate our emotions, and
24:05
what that can do to us as we are carrying the child and giving
24:09
birth. Because basically, our limbic system has been programed
24:13
to our own birth when we were born. And so if our own birth
24:18
was not at the optimum, we need to be conditioned, release that
24:23
trauma, and open ourselves to rewriting our own inner script,
24:28
and then we will be able to give birth passing down this huge
24:32
script that we have embodied through that emotional process.
24:37
Now, when I teach Tantra groups, emotional fluidity is an
24:41
integral part. Because so many of us are carrying trauma or
24:46
wounding from our past that we need to unwind, release, and
24:51
then we can open more easily to our inner ecstasy because the
24:54
template and default of every human being is actually bleed,
24:59
and this is is very important to understand. There's another book
25:03
which I highly recommend which is called Molecules of Emotion.
25:07
Debra Pascali-Bonaro: Yes, I know that book well. Ma Ananda Sarita: And this book is outlining how our emotions,
25:13
mind and body work synergistically together. And in
25:17
that book, the author makes a very important statement that
25:22
human beings are hardwired for bliss. This is our natural
25:26
template, and she found that out through laboratory studies. So
25:31
this is what makes it really a very important statement.
25:34
Mystics have been saying that down the ages, but we haven't
25:38
really understood. But if you read this book and you trust the
25:43
science, which all the research has gone into it, then it's like
25:47
an aha moment. Oh, so I'm hardwired for bliss. And if I'm
25:52
not following my bliss and I'm going in a wrong direction, I
25:55
have to adjust my life so that I can come back to that original
25:59
template. And this is very integral to this tantra
26:04
approach. Because basically, any tantra methodology will bring us
26:09
back to our original template for less. And I like to quote
26:15
another sutra which you can tie with your partner. And this is
26:21
really exquisite. It's very simple to practice. This is
26:25
called the caressing meditation.
26:28
Debra Pascali-Bonaro: I like the name. Ma Ananda Sarita: So the sutra is, while being caress, sweet
26:32
princess enter the caress as everlasting life. You get
26:36
goosebumps with this sutra. I do every, every time. So this is
26:41
the most mind blowing meditation. In this meditation,
26:46
you are sensitising the entire body. Now, why is it so
26:50
effective? Because the body is always in the present moment.
26:55
And when you are extensively in the present moment, it brings
27:00
you into the experience of, you are beyond time and money. So
27:05
the body is one of the best portals into right states of
27:09
meditation where you go into timeless space, you're in tune
27:14
with your beliefs, your inner ecstasy. And on top of that
27:18
depressing meditation sensitises the entire body. And in that
27:23
sense, it also heals sexual dysfunction of all kinds. Now,
27:28
the way to practice this meditation is one partner lays
27:33
down on their belly, the other partner sits by the side. You,
27:37
first of all, make a caress on some soft tissue like either
27:42
fingertip, or maybe the four fingers, or maybe the whole
27:47
head, and you ask your receiving partner which kind of caress you
27:52
prefer. And the receiving partner will say, oh, maybe the
27:57
fingertip, or maybe the whole thing, or maybe a whole hand,
28:01
and then using only that kind of chorus for the entire
28:06
meditation. And then you begin caressing, and you cover the
28:10
entire back so you don't leave anything on caress. You need to
28:15
correct from the head to the toes, and you just simply cover
28:20
the entire body taking approximately 10 minutes. And
28:25
then you ask your partner to turn over and you caress the
28:29
entire body taking about 10 minutes. So it's very slow, very
28:34
meditative as you are giving the caress. The giver is in a state
28:39
of meditation, the receiver is also in a state of meditation.
28:44
You're using only one hand. Because if you use your hands,
28:49
it's distracting. So the person needs to focus on the sensation
28:54
of that, that medication that's beautiful, and it's sensitises
28:59
the entire body. And after that 20 minutes of one receiving,
29:04
then you exchange, and the other partner exchanges and proceeds.
29:09
And it's very nice to receive the sutra at the beginning on
29:14
the back. And again, at the beginning on the front at the
29:18
end of the 20 minutes. You just stay in silence for maybe two
29:23
minutes, letting the process integrate, then you can bring a
29:28
singing bowl maybe two or three times to indicate now that's
29:33
complete. And after that, you can go into lovemaking and
29:37
you'll see that both of you have become so exquisitely
29:42
sensitised. That quality of the sacredness of touch, moving
29:46
beyond time and space, and just being open to eternity through
29:51
the tap, you will be in a state of blissful awareness. And then
29:56
you take that into your lovemaking, the lovemaking will
30:01
have a completely different quality. So this is just giving
30:06
you a taste of what is possible through tantra. And I really
30:11
recommend that you try it. It's absolutely amazing. And
30:15
strangely enough, that ancient sutra, which is at least 5000
30:20
years old links to something that happened in our modern
30:24
world, which is discoveries of Masters and Johnson. They were a
30:29
team who researched all about sexuality. They wrote a seminal
30:34
book on that. And recently, there's been a film on Netflix,
30:39
which is called Masters of Sex, which dramatised their whole
30:44
discovery and talked about it. There's a book by the same name
30:49
Masters of Sex, which describes their findings, which is really
30:54
interesting. But they were helping people who had sexual
30:59
dysfunction to find fulfilment in sex, utilising what they have
31:04
found through their scientific research. The research is very,
31:09
very interesting. They busted certain meats, for example. One
31:14
of the things they discovered is what is called the sensate focus
31:19
exercise. And basically, it's very similar to the caressing
31:24
meditation. They describe that if somebody has sexual
31:28
dysfunction, you use this very soft caressing over the entire
31:33
body. So you sensitise the entire body, and through that,
31:37
the sexual dysfunction disappear. Of course, you have
31:42
to do it 10 times. You can't just do it one time, there's a
31:46
prescribed number of times that you must do this. And that
31:51
gradually, the person sexual dysfunction will simply heal by
31:56
using this method. So I think it's fascinating. You have
32:00
something coming from the ancient and anything coming from
32:05
our modern research, and they need adverbs. And it is
32:09
increasingly like that between science and spirituality. What
32:14
the mystics have been saying for thousands of years, scientists
32:19
are now realising, oh, actually, that's true for my scientific
32:24
findings as well. Debra Pascali-Bonaro: Even in childbirth, we're realising how
32:32
much we can learn, and the tradition of the path is all
32:36
coming together. My heart is singing, my oxytocin is flowing,
32:45
I feel it all. I know for all our listeners, they'd love to
32:50
find out how they can connect with you. I know you're there in
32:53
Bali offering some amazing programs and other things online
32:57
as well. Share with everyone, and we'll put this all in the
33:01
show notes, as well as the books to recommend.
33:06
Ma Ananda Sarita: So for those of you who can't travel to Bali
33:09
or Europe, because I'm working with a team. So me and my team,
33:14
we offer in country courses in Bali, India and Europe, and this
33:20
includes courses with couples, as well as singles. I have
33:24
developed seven levels for the couples call the Soulmate
33:28
series. And it takes three and a half years if you want to do all
33:34
seven levels. It's basically taking couples on the journey of
33:38
a lifetime deeper and deeper into intimacy, and the potential
33:43
that as inherent in your union bringing together sexuality,
33:48
love and spirituality. This is an absolutely phenomenal
33:52
opportunity. And I also offer one of those courses. One of
33:58
them is called Master Lover. I have an online course by the
34:02
same names. And this course is offered for couples, and I have
34:06
another version for singles. Because the information in it
34:10
and the experience of it to people, because I find many
34:15
people are lacking in a coherent sexual education. Maybe they've
34:19
learned about sex, they never learned it properly because it's
34:26
not taught properly in schools. So having a sexual education
34:30
with tantra principles is huge. That education is really, really
34:35
important that's why I developed Master Lover and why I spread
34:39
it. You can do an online course. And then I have another course
34:44
for couples. It's one off course which is called Ocean of Blisss.
34:49
And this is devoted to Osho's teachings, his direct discourses
34:53
about tantric sexuality in the couple. And so I just created a
34:58
course all around. I offer that both in Thailand and in Bali.
35:06
And on top of that, I also have many different courses, for
35:11
example, (inaudible) series, which is for women only. And I
35:15
also have the Goddess Essence teacher training. I have a
35:19
series which is focusing on the chakras, and I have a teacher
35:23
training for that. So this is the Tantra Mastery series. And
35:29
there's a tantric teacher training based on that series.
35:33
And then I have also a Tantra Yoga teacher training. So that's
35:39
weaving together yoga and Tantra with a blend of Ayurvedic
35:44
principles in it. Then I have another group called Tantra
35:47
Transformation which deals with stuck emotional patterns from
35:52
days in our life and helps to unwind and we write the script.
35:56
So this is very important if somebody would like to become
35:59
pregnant and they feel like, oh, I need to unwind. This move is
36:05
really, really good for that. And then of course, I also have
36:08
a group on Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, this happens in India
36:12
every year. And through that group, I'm covering the 112
36:16
methods. And that takes place in three parts. So if you want to
36:22
do all the hundreds, well, you can come for three years in a
36:25
row. Otherwise, you can just do one of them just to have a taste
36:29
of Vigyan Bhairav Tantra.
36:32
Debra Pascali-Bonaro: And where can people learn about all of
36:35
this? Ma Ananda Sarita: Well, I have the Instagram account, Ma Ananda
36:39
Sarita. Facebook, Ma Ananda Sarita. Website,
36:43
anandasarita.com. It's really helpful. If you subscribe to my
36:47
newsletter, I have a regular newsletter that comes out on
36:51
multitudes of different subjects and you can even ask your
36:55
burning question. I can create a newsletter based on your
37:00
question if you desire. So you can say, I have a burning
37:04
question about this. I would really love a newsletter devoted
37:08
to this, and I can do that. So don't hesitate to send in your
37:12
questions. I'm always happy to answer them, whether that is
37:16
through a written message or to a newsletter. And yeah, I have a
37:23
passion for tantra, spreading the good news and the wonderful
37:28
experience of tantra's throughout the world. Because I
37:30
think this will then lead to coherence in our society, a
37:36
wonderful society based on love, meditation, place, and it's
37:41
easily attainable for people everywhere, because it's not
37:46
something you adding on top. It's a coming back home to who
37:49
we are in our very innate essence.
37:53
Debra Pascali-Bonaro: Thank you so much, Sarita, I could stay
37:56
all day, truly, with you and in your wisdom and love. I feel it
38:03
so deeply in my heart. I thank you all who have joined us. We
38:08
hope that you will share this episode with friends and family.
38:12

38:22

38:26
into your practice and your life? And we hope you'll join us
38:30
