Food cravings are a huge block that sabotage our ability to manifest our true greatness. Our guest today is Nerissa Bailey. She is passionate for fitness and health; a certified Health, Life and Transformation Coach; Mastery Level Trained Coach; and creator of a reboot online coaching program called "Freedom From Food".

Nerissa endured an unhealthy relationship with food and her body from the age of 12 to 35. After experiencing several miscariages, Nerissa decided to make healthy changes in her life. She learned about the relationship between food and body, heart and mind and she is committed to help others to step into a healthy and happy life.


In this episode, Nerissa teaches us how to curb food cravings by:

1.  Identifying where the cravings come from and how to overcome them.

2.  The two things that drive our cravings: physiological and psychological

3.  Different mechanisms that trigger cravings

4.  How to tell if your cravings are driven by hunger or by something else


She also shares with us a unique technique called "Body-Mind-Heart Scan"  which is a powerful technique to identify where the cravings could be coming from.
