I am a freelance writer and a yogi, so I decided to incorporate these two passions into guided meditation podcasts. My hope is that these audios might provide some relief to those who are stressed, depressed, lonely, anxious, worried, or even a little tense. Through the use of vivid imagery, soft-spoken narration, and gentle music, the listener is led through peaceful, scenic imagery that will help him experience the joys of relaxation, anxiety relief, and peace, while also hearing affirmations of self-love. It has been well established that meditating on a regular basis can improve a person’s overall sense of well-being and general health. On a personal level, I can attest that it has enhanced my own life considerably! It is my honor to offer guidance and tools that might entice others to partake in this wonderful experience.
