In our first ever interview, we get to hear about how Lauren came to being the world's only wine and cycling writer. She shares her thoughts on the highlights of the Tour de France 2021 so far as well as what may be in store over the final few stages of the race. 

Stage 19 of the Tour de France 2021 passes through the village of Cardan for the first time in its history during the afternoon of Friday 16th July on its way from Mourenx at the foot of the Pyrenees on its way to Libourne situated west of Bordeaux on the river Dordogne. Could this be the stage that finalises all the main placings or will there be more drama to come?
