When we’re put into a situation where we feel we have to make a choice we don’t want to make, or accept that we can’t make certain choices, if we tell ourselves we have No Choice it renders us powerless and a victim. We may not like the choices we have and we might not be able to do anything but accept them. But by believing we have No Choice, at best, it makes us feel we’re not in charge of our life and, at worst, it prevents us from ever being able to do anything about it.

Believing we have No Choice, is believing our situation has taken away all our Choices. And if you ever feel you have No Choice, stop yourself and slap yourself.
