I provide you with a daily dose of Tough Love ....In other words, I shed light on bullshit that people try to hide, ya dig? I say what I have to say about a topic that needs awareness. I use logic, reason, and discernment while ensuring that people feel their feelings. Nah, mean? Feeling your feelings is the only way to growth, happiness, and maturity.

What is YAM Power? It is anything, everything, or nothing all at once. It is what YOU want it to be. It is...To understand, appreciate, accept, and acknowledge the duality of life.To understand that life exists on a spectrum of light, dark, and shades of grey.To acknowledge your emotions and suffering for what it is. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. Pain is pain. Suffering is suffering.
