Are you a busy female pharmacist who wants to lose weight and create optimal health so that you can live your best life? You've come to the right place! I will give you the tips, tools and resources needed to overcome the habit of feeding your emotions and instead start fueling your body to create energy, mental clarity, and the confidence that comes when you feel sexy in your scrubs again! Your time is valuable and as a self proclaimed time management nerd I'm going to empower you to find the time to care for yourself so that you can focus on what's most important to you while avoiding overwhelm. Your host, Dr. Jacque McShane, is a pharmacist turned certified health coach. In the summer of 2015 she found herself overweight, burned out and miserable which overflowed into all aspects of her life. After losing the weight and gaining the energy and confidence she'd been missing for so long she decided to pivot and pursue health coaching full time.
