In this episode, I let you in on something super personal...my journal. I felt it was important to share this because for a while I had been neglecting my most important self care/mindset daily habits because I had expectations that didn't fit my currently reality. So instead of embracing my current reality and allowing myself to flow, I just neglected my habits all together. In the end, I suffered. Recently I decided that it was time to lean into my current reality and stop resisting. It was time for me to embrace the beautiful chaos that is my life as a mom of three and still find the space to do the things that are important to me. Now I'm sharing that message with you.
