Knowing when to pivot can be one of your greatest strengths. Unfortunately, most people ignore that urge to pivot because they have a hard time letting go of what "should be". That vision that they once had is shifting and they are being called to pivot but resisting, ultimately leading to burnout and an eventual downfall in life and business. Understand this, your vision will change overtime. It cannot remain the same when you are growing in life and business. That's a good thing. Stop resisting because of fear or uncertainty.
