In this the second to last episode of the Positive Pods series,  I distill down to the core essence what the Daily 4 is—and what living your purposeful and positive life—is all about.

Starting your day with a heart of Gratitude; filling your mind body and soul with a positive Attitude; having the Courage to pursue your dreams; and maintaining the daily Commitment to see your dreams come true.

But the daily 4 is just one half of the circle, the other half is laughing, learning, loving and giving....every single day!  

If you truly believe....if you make the daily 4 a core part of your life...if you seek out many moments to laugh, to learn, to love and to give love in the service of others....if you do these things every day... I know you will live each day in a positive way...you will achieve all that you heart desires...you will live a meaningful...a purposeful life. 

And, isn’t that what we all want out of life?
