Episode 1 | Leashia's Story: A Journey Through Rape, Justice, and Healing

The year was 1993 and 23-year old Leashia was a graduate student in Alabama. Her live-in boyfriend worked the night shift at a local hotel. One night while she was home alone and snuggled comfortably in bed fast asleep, she was jolted awake by the heaviness of a stranger on top of her. This is her story.
