Listening to motivational videos, reading books, attending seminars, investing in mentors all served but could only give me a temporary relief. And most often times it felt like a false sense of relief because I'd soon find myself back into the same place, unsatisfied, afraid and disconnected. 

I could never feel satisfied until I did the real energy work within.
