The premise of this episode developed from the recent responses to D. Wade's interview, where he discussed his support of his daughters decision to be called Zaya. D. Wade and his family are offering their support to ensure Zaya can feel comfortable being herself. On this episode we brought on a guest who went through similar experiences where she had to learn to become comfortable with herself and her sexuality. Furthermore we talk about how families and friends may have positively or negatively attributed to these feelings. We want to motivate our audience to be empowered to be themselves, and discuss how our journeys have allow us to do the same.
