Everyone spoke Arabic as their main language, and Luma's international accent was foreign to locals. Fast forward to 2014 luma's son Adam speaks his first words in English. A shocking moment for her, she did not want Adam to go through her experience. And that's when the idea for Adam Wa Mishmish was born.
