So close, but you didn't explain why the NYC DA has not charged Trump with a conspiracy crime. Say "he didn't need to charge a conspiracy in order to make the falsifying business records charge a felony. The man is guilty of conspiracy then why not charge it? you could tell the jury that you know you're not legally required to do that but that doesn't clear the confusion in a juror's mind as do why you didn't. in my mind as a juror the conspiracy charge would be more serious and the decision to not bring that charge makes me think you couldn't prove it which makes me think that the business records charges should not be treated as a felony.
