One of the more popular and controversial topics in music, today, particularly for older (catalog) artists, is the complicated and confusing process of grant termination. Important litigation is in the courts today. A swirl of opinions make it very difficult for artists to know who to trust, who to believe, and what to do in order to protect their valuable copyrights.
