Lorne Mitchell is the Founder and Managing Director of Objective Designers. Having previously held senior positions in BT, MCI, AT&T, PwC and IBM, he founded Objective Designers in 2008 to lead discussions and projects on the latest trends, disruptive services and innovative technologies that will force the world to change over the next few years. He has also developed a unique approach to innovation that draws on his experiences as a beekeeper. This method takes the simple laws of the natural world of the honeybees to human and organisational eco-systems to create a simple and elegant framework for any sized business to improve and grow itself.
