Sara Clark spent most of her time on her babysitter’s dairy farm. When she wasn’t getting lost in the woods, playing pretend or reading fiction, she was journaling- about everything she felt, desired and dreamed. Despite how much she loved the practice, it came to a halt for many years and she thanks therapy for bringing her back to the page. Now, this newly married, mother of one, shares how taking better care of herself is a promise she intends to keep and why journaling is at the core of that mission
