Garten and Neal get to the castle, where Garten brings Neal beforethe King.  King Delphic has a short chat with Neal, who realizes thatthe King has no intention of letting him heal from the torture Garteninflicted.
Jake tries to get to the town he'd beenheading for with the fruit, but ends up lost in the snow. He stumblesacross the farmer who's helped him when he was sick. The farmer, whorecognizes Jake, promises to help point him in the right direction.
