For years Raccoon Nation has build up it's image as friendly neighborhood raccoons. Now, Twiggy the waterskiing squirrel is threatening to undo all that! Rascal needs to infiltrate Meme Department to make a meme so good, the Hoomans shall love the raccoons once again. But will they be able to thwart Twiggy before too much damage has been done?
