Few key things about our conversation:- [ ] 2020 was the year of learning how to become a leader during the hard times and seasons in life- [ ] 2021 we have acquire more experience, and we know what to do in certain situations that we had no experience... and be consistent on the things you are doing- [ ] Legacy is attached to your success... what you do, the people that you influence and help. What are you leaving behind.- [ ] Be patient, practice, and acquire experience in the time and season that you are in. - [ ] Receive advice from people- [ ] Advice for interviews and interviewers... eye contact is important, the energy that you are bringing, your body language said a lot about yourself, behavior.- [ ] Leaders are... servants, a guide to someone, and they care about the people- [ ] Do not be afraid to start over again... you’ll be fine- [ ] Persevere trough the storms in life- [ ] Lastly for 2021... stick to one goal and do it.- [ ] Be consistent on the things you do.
