This week we are talking to Laura Tetz, Laura is a Certified Health Coach, Practitioner of NLP, Time Line® Therapy and Registered Hypnotherapist. After a lifetime of food and diet worries, she finally discovered why every attempt to “get healthy” or “lose the weight for good” was not only getting harder and harder but actually was the cause of her overeating and emotional eating. Today, her passion is to liberate women from the emotional weight of believing they have failed at dieting and cannot control themselves around food and guide women to find authentic health, happiness, and comfort in their own body – without the obsession. Laura lives near Vancouver, BC and serves clients all over the world. When she’s not busy dismantling diet culture she enjoys yoga, motocross, and a good waffle cone.

Charlesstarted his health and wellness journey as a Certified Massage Therapist,graduating from the Institute for Therapeutic Massage in 2010. Hispassion and drive led him toward health and wellness coaching. He specializes in helping those persons withlifelong weight issues who have struggled to succeed to manage weight withcustomary nutritional guidelines.
Charles has additional certifications in cognitive behavioral therapy, which he has found useful to help his clients understand the connections between their thoughts and behaviors to be successful. His coaching is firmly based on understanding relationships with food and determining best practices in overcoming those obstacles.
Charleshas personally seen success since starting his journey in 2015. He has alleviated his symptoms of depression,positively impacted his health markers, and experienced substantial weight lossthrough a strict Ketogenic lifestyle. Heoften speaks of increased energy levels and mental clarity that is attributedto the ketogenic lifestyle. Charles hasa passion for information and actively stays on top of current research andinformation within the LCHF Ketogenic community.
