Veena is renowned for pioneering the high-temperature transformation of waste into the production of green materials. She truly understands the value of innovation as a catalyst for the materials revolution and highlights our role as users within scientific leadership.

Veena founded the Green Ceramics MICROfactorieTM, which produces a new generation of high performance, non-toxic, engineered bio-composites for use in various architectural and decorative applications. Through understanding recycling at the micro-level and “thinking a little bit differently,” Veena is forging the way for a holistic solution to material waste.
