Holding onto past conflict and pain is a kind of self-inflicted torture that can cause serious health risks as well as emotional scarring. The truth is, when you cling to the past, you're internally changing your present. If you’re not careful, your whole outlook on life will be viewed through your pain.

Everyone has things from their past they aren't proud of. Perhaps you keep thinking about a situation and wonder how things might have been different. The reality is, wishing things were different isn't doing you any good!

Have you ever been hurt so badly that you thought you'd never fully recover? Perhaps you're still holding onto that grief. If you are, then it's time to learn how to let go of past pain. You deserve to let it go and learn how to move forward with your life. You can learn to let go of the conflict in your life.

Conflict is never an easy thing to deal with, but old, deeply rooted conflicts can really affect your body, mind and spirit. When you allow a past conflict to stew and become a defining part of a relationship, it can be challenging to move forward, but it's not impossible. Its’ time to stop letting past conflict hold you back.

It’s time to release your concerns and focus on the present. Today is what matters and you can use today to make better days ahead by releasing your past pain and conflict.
