Mary was once afraid that everyone would find out how incredibly ordinary she was and that would be her ultimate demise. She doesn't use smoke and mirrors, she is raw and honest and caring AF to be around. She believes in the magical mess of life and this informs her work.

For the past 15+ years Mary has supported women and men in making small daily changes that make a major impact on their lives.
