90% of all communication is nonverbal. We place a lot of importance on words, but the fact is that is not how we are communicating most of the time. Today we are going to talk about the nonverbal communication of telepathy and really hone in on why it is so crucial to know who you are at a core level. Because otherwise you are just sending and receiving messages completely unconsciously and not taking responsibility for what you send out... AND you aren’t aware how much of other people’s thoughts and emotions you are also taking on as your own.
