Today on the show we come to terms and face the inescapable fact that we are mortal beings and will sometime in the future meet our demise.  Sounds morbid, but today we will harness this concept to help us live more fully in each of our mindfully present moments of our lives.  We can and we will have a better appreciation for all of the experiences in our lives - the good and the not so good.

Can contemplating our mortality and seeing death as the imminent event  that it is help us live life with more purpose and meaning and perhaps a calm sense of urgency to mindfully soak up our experiences and lean more naturally toward action versus inaction?  More bluntly - is coming to terms with inevitable death something that can motivate us? Inspire us regularly, perhaps? 

Memento mori - another Stoic prinicple here - remember you will die.  And this mindful reflection will help us have a greater perspective on what is truly important in life.  Let's begin this difficult practice togehter!
