Today’s mindfulness intention builds upon the work from one of our more popular episodes…today we reflect and get a little closer to the concept of Amor Fati - The Love of your Fate.  This concept has become very powerful and quite meaningful for me - a practice and mindset we learned from from the Stoics - I have studied it and reflected upon this wisdom in my own life - especially most recently.

Amor Fati encourages us to view adversity as a teacher. We must always ask ourselves, "What can I learn from this experience?"
