The delivery of the dialogue and the 2 sudden incidents ( Markus’s headache and Sarah’s Panic attack ) were executed nicely. I have a theory, Sarah might have done something to the child who died on the restaurant ( reported 2 or 3 episodes ago) . As she is not trained or don’t know how to perform CPR on children, it’s possible that she might have crushed the child’s collarbone or dislodged what was lodged inside his mouth farther down his throat leading to an asphyxiation.
