It's Christmas! We watched the 1999 TV special Olive, The Other Reindeer. Olive is a dog who loves Christmas. She hears on the radio that one of Santa's reindeer has broken their leg and can't fly, and Santa will have to rely on "all of the other reindeer" to make Christmas happen this year. Olive believes it is her destiny to be this reindeer, even if she has no idea how to fly.

We talk about the punny character names, the mailman who hates Christmas packages but loves everything else about his job, Olive being a wholesome hero, and the Star Wars Holiday Special. We're taking January off to restock, see you in February! Thanks for listening and happy December times!!
