[00:11:15] When we were talking and he was saying I should make the jump, I should just go for it. I started thinking about that more and more…because I don't have any responsibility at home. So I have this devastating thing that happened, but now I'm trying to find positives.  

[00:31:24] I think a lot of times in life we get so used to doing our everyday routines that I think it's great to check in with yourself and say, what do I want, and am I on that right path? And if I'm not, what changes do I need to make in my life to get on that path? 

[00:49:55] One thing is to not be hard on yourself. I think it's good to be honest with yourself when you're not hitting a certain goal and not just letting yourself like, oh, it's whatever. Hold yourself accountable, but don't be so hard on yourself where you are becoming discouraged with yourself.
