In today’s episode I sit down and chat with John Collyns. John is the Executive Director of the Retirement Villages Association. We have a really interesting conversation and cover off how the rate rebate bill was taken through parliament, the changes we’re seeing in the industry as a result of the huge growth, and also the regulations put onto the industry and why. It was really interesting to hear about how the industry was regulated prior to the retirement villages act in 2003.
