Toni and Josh dive deeper into the topic of vulnerability. They share their personal stories and challenges with being vulnerable and being open to giving AND receiving. Being vulnerable can be scary and sometimes we'd rather overcompensate, go into overdrive, protect ourselves and hide instead of opening up or showing up. Once we're there, sometimes we can view boundaries to be an aggressive or assertive thing, but they can be helpful and empowering tools for our own liberation and expansion helping us honor our true authentic selves.
