If Gigi Engle had a dollar for every time someone said 'I'm into some kinky stuff,' she'd be richer than Jeff Bezos.

Gigi is a sexpert extraordinaire.

She's a sex educator, sex writer, psychotherapist in training, and lead sex expert at 3Fun.

Her advice is like foreplay for your brain.

Whether you're into alien dildos, spanking, rope play, or wedgie fantasies (the jock and the nerd, anyone?) - Gigi has seen it all.

And ... she's probably written an article about it too.

Gigi started out as a journalist, working for Elite Daily back when they had only 30 employees.

She now works as a freelance sex educator and writer, for Cosmo, Vogue, Allure, Marie Claire,  Elle Magazine, and Women's Health.

Gigi loves researching and writing about the most 'out-there' sexual topics you could imagine.

And she's super passionate about working with clients who want to explore open relationships, BDSM, and crazy sexual fantasies.

Being part of the queer community, Gigi also loves working with the queer, poly, and kink subsets - people who are often shamed by traditional therapists.

Gigi is a master at helping people untangle their emotional ties when it comes to sex.

Because in BDSM (or any sexual act), safety, consent, and communication are essential.

And of course - having fun.

Sex can be a safe space for adults to play.

You can be curious.

Feel sensations in your body that you never knew existed.

Explore your deepest passions.

Your wildest fantasies.

And let all of your sexual energy flow.

Why?

Because sex improves motivation, creativity, and passion.

So if you're suppressing your sexual desires - you're suppressing a whole lot of good stuff.

Sex helps you set boundaries, get better at asking for what you want - and helps give you the confidence to march into your boss's office and ask for a raise.

Plus, orgasms are good for your health.

Want better skin, better sleep, and a stronger immune system?

Have an orgasm a day (thanks Gigi).

Gigi Engle helps her clients navigate the psychological aspects of BDSM and power play.

Because maybe you're into being dominated and your partner isn't.

Or maybe your partner wants to be tied up and whipped, and you're not sure how to handle it.

Gigi helps couples negotiate their sexual fantasies - and encourages her clients to create "Yes/No/Maybe" lists of what they're comfortable with.

Learning to negotiate in the bedroom leads to better negotiations in life.

So, what's the takeaway from all of this?

That pleasure is important.

That creativity, passion, and playfulness are vital to our wellbeing.

And that
