Age is just a number, they say. But for me, it varies depending on the day. In this episode, I share my random thoughts and experiences of feeling old and confused. However, amidst the craziness, there are still benefits to be found. You can skip ahead if you'd like, but this is a true reflection of aging gracefully as a hot mess. When I was in my twenties, I would never have had the confidence to sit alone at a bar, but in my fifties, it's no big deal. Sometimes it's important to take a break and relax.
