Alexandra has made an amazing pivot - she used to work in finance, at an investment bank Jefferies as Equity Sales and she made a pivot towards doing what she loves - which is being a behavioural scientist, career consultant and a PhD candidate at London School of Economics researching hybrid work and wellbeing at work.

In this interview we are talking about:

- How Alexandra has decided to leave such a prestigious job?

- Has she had any doubts as she was making this pivot - and were others telling her that she should stay? 

- Was Alexandra ready to give up the income that was getting in the investment banking role?

- How did she figure out what she wants to do afterwards?
