There are times in my life when things are going smoothly and times when all I want to do is poop, and I can't.  Liver stagnation can be a main culprit to a lot of ailments, including dark circles under the eyes, allergies and sinusitis, itchy skin and rashes, digestive problems and more.  When we suspect liver stagnation, we need to start opening up our drainage pathways, like our skin, lungs, liver, digestive tract, and kidneys to get rid of toxins.  Oftentimes, our American lifestyle causes these organs to function sub-optimally and we end up feeling like pooh!  One thing we can do to help liver stagnation is to open up our digestive pathway, aka, we need to poop often.  In today's episode we are going to talk about ways to help us poop 2-3 times a day to support our liver drainage pathway.  I hope this episode helps you toward your wellness goals!
