Have you ever noticed how much us women apologize?  Way more than men, sorry fellas, not knocking on you, just stating fact.  But what's interesting is, we are apologizing for so many things that we don't need to apologize for.  Lots of times, these things are out of our control.  So why do we apologize?  Well, I'm going to tell you why and tell you why you need to stop apologizing.
