I'm back and ready to discuss something that many of us have to do in our lives: work! In today's work force, I see a lot about culture in a workplace, and see many companies doing everything to boast their company culture. This made me start to think; do many workers actually care about culture, or do they care more about benefits? I put the question out to the public, and gathered some interesting feedback from a variety of people as to why they prefer great benefits over great culture, or great culture in the workplace over great benefits.
