Fear is a word that we use a lot in many circumstances, but some of us may create additional fears of or about things that others don't have (I know I do). In this episode of Shuffle Mode, I discuss what I call "self-induced" fear. Meaning, the kind of fear that maybe you've developed in your brain that isn't a fear of fight or flight, but more so fear that is a result of anxiety, upbringing, environmental factors, etc. I tell my story about how I recently have conquered some of my self induced fears to demonstrate how maybe if you have any fears you want to conquer, you can do it too!
