About Nikolas:Nikolas Woischnik is the CEO of Europe’s leading Deeptech festival, Tech Open Air (TOA), and an early-stage investor. His journey in the tech and startup ecosystem began while working in Venture Capital, where he created TechBerlin, the city's first English language blog about tech and startups. He founded the co-working company Ahoy! Berlin, which was later acquired by Knotel, a "paper value" Unicorn that went bankrupt due to COVID-19.

From 2016-2018, Nikolas worked as a Business Development Manager EMEA at Amazon Web Services, gaining essential knowledge in technology stacks and infrastructure. In 2012, he founded TOA and co-founded Openers, a communications agency for tech companies. At TOA, he raised capital from founders of major German Unicorn companies and leading VCs.
