In this episode, my mom and I talk about RESTING from the crazy shame cycle we have so often found ourselves in. This cycle has been characterized by the shame we've felt about our bodies. Together, we share the gentle reminders we received as we stopped looking down at our bodies with shame, and refocused our gaze on the truth.
