In Slay The Stigma, I blend anxiety and music based on life experiences we all can relate to in 5-7 minute episodes. I'm not afraid to stand out and make a difference for someone in need; people love to see that. As a powerful mental health advocate, I do have over 15 years of life experience in ADHD (which I overcame) and OCD for over 20 years.
