Mmmmm, GWB openly lied to fraudulently sell the entire country on going to war in Iraq (strangely unmentioned in this podcast). Per your own reporting, he positioned cronies to profit off his Reading First program, and Hanford brushes off objections as partisan foolery? Framing Bush as the 'reliable hero' of this narrative — against these foolish, narrow-minded elementary school teachers who don't trust him, without acknowledging WHY someone mightn't trust him, is irresponsible framework. Hanford's looking v. like secret Bush stan; how did this get past APM's editors? Further "science" has repeatedly pushed society in the wrong direction, so suggesting that any question posed to counter "scientific findings" is automatically nonsensical IS ALSO myopic. Sheesh - is this going to be a DNF ? Was fully with SOLD A STORY til this episode, but it's losing credibility.
