Last week, Sarah attended a wedding with her friends Logan Grubbs (a priest) and Blake McIver (an actor). When the wedding was finished, Sarah recorded conversations with them about what it looks like to maintain a sense of worth, when everything in our culture is fighting against that very idea.

Then, Sarah decided to catch up with her best friend John. As always, John provided a listening ear as Sarah talked through some of her current fears and struggles, and in turn, John - like the great life coach that he is - gave Sarah all the wisdom.
