Today’s episode was a spontaneous one…I had hit a place of complacency within myself this past week, noticing myself lost in a whirlwind of unconscious repetitive thoughts and emotions that seem to have always pulled me back into the comfort zone riiiight when I’m ready to make a big shift or change in my life.  We all have these moments in life…whether it’s a moment of plateau or a time when we really want to step into a new version of ourselves and our old patterns start arising - and the feeling of stagnancy or “stuckness” arises…

In those moments - sometimes we need a little reminder from each other of the truth.  Thats what today is…an invitation to “pivot”, to remember what’s truly important, to ‘snap out of it’ when it comes to the illusory stories of our relentless egos…
