In this episode I take a look at how we as parents, leaders and elders can affect our children in a way that truly allows the emergence of their highest self, beyond our own ideals of what we think should be.  Can we put our own egos aside and meet them with a spirit of freedom and encouragement?   Followed by a brief clip of my 6 year old son Tao, accompanying me on the gongs.
