Since we were children we have been collecting information about the environment around us. This information has influenced our behavior and how we present ourselves to the world. Even now, we are still acting upon information that we got when we were children and now we must see if these underlying influences are uplifting or disempowering us. 

Healing ourselves requires us to look where sometimes pain, guilt, shame, anger, doubt, hurt, and suffering has collected and settled within our physical, emotional, and mental bodies. It is the charge of Garden Of Rejuvenation to help each listener uproot these causes of disempowerment in implement empowering, encouraging and uplifting influences.
